    Helpdesk services are provided by remoting into customer's computers by using Microsoft's remote app called Quick Assist. Quick Assist app (1st screenshot) is required to be installed from Microsoft Store. I will provide you the 5 digit code over the phone.  Next you click get help section (2nd screenshot). As for Apple (Mac) remotely using geelevel. Geelevel is required to be installed on customer's apple computer from Apple App Store. Same process as windows quick assist I will provide a 5 digit code (3rd screenshot). I will assist you if run into installation or setup issues over the phone.
